Day blindness can really affect a dog's quality of life. Not being able to see when out in the great outdoors is no fun! However will our lovable mal catch that frisbee or fetch that stick if he can't see where they went?
This treatment has actually been around for a few years now, but I was speaking to an owner yesterday who had never heard of it before and it prompted me to post this as an alert to all of my readers: The injection of the CNGB3 gene directly into the retina has shown good results in some dogs.
